Please note, your date will not be held without a deposit.

Cancellations are not equivalent to refunds.
Reschedules are dependent upon availability.

We do not offer refunds after the installation has been fulfilled.

We do not offer refunds 7 days prior to your event or any time thereafter.

Texas heat can cause balloons to pop.

We are not responsible for any weather related damages.
